TIME OFF
We offer a fantastic Paid Time Off (PTO) program: All new hires start with 20 days of PTO and if you’re hired as an Associate Director or above, you start with 25 days. Field based roles at this level include Area Business Leaders and Account Executives or above.
In addition to 12 company holidays, site-based employees enjoy 6 months of Summer Hours from April through September.

We are committed to helping you plan for retirement by combining a traditional 401(K) program (including an Eisai match) with an additional 4% or 7% of your pay, based on your time with Eisai, with no contribution required on your part! We also offer free Medicare education and enrollment resources and other financial well-being programs to ensure you have all the information you need to successfully plan for your retirement.
FLEXIBLE WORK OPTIONS
We believe collaboration is essential to innovation and provide a vibrant, hybrid work environment, technology to facilitate whenever/wherever connectivity, and the opportunity for many Eisai employees to work 2 or 3 days from home. Certain roles are also eligible for 100% remote work. We give a $1,000 technology stipend to hybrid or remote new hires to outfit their home office with the equipment they need.
